Description: I got this for a super low price with the intent of cleaning it with 99% IPA to see if that would fix it. It did not fix it. The person I got this from (they were the original owner) stated this: "Liquid coolant busted on it and parts of it wont clean off." Check the last two photos to see the affected areas before I cleaned it. I did remove the closest vertical thermal pad to the left of that corroded area to take a look underneath. After I plugged it in what I saw was two red leds light up above the PCIe power connector ports and the logo area light up and stay green. The fans didn't spin and the card felt cold even after a while. I used a thermal camera to check what I could and I saw the two MOSFETs at the top light up (think it said 83f?). I did also check some spots for continuity and touched up some spots with solder. This is way out of my league, I'll pass.
