The neck is fanned with layers of purple and green pleated organza with a shell cameo brooch with gemstone details in the middle. The lower section features layers of organza with glittering storytelling screen art. The skirt has the look and shine of sequence, without the worry of them coming off. As your child moves the screen art scales shine. There are five layers to the fin. The first is a short light aqua with glitter. he next is just a little longer and it is a darker aqua organza. The third is a aqua organza with glitter detail and it is the full length of the fin. the next layer is a mesh material and the last is an underskirt.
