Description: Set securely in the center of this ring is a marquise shape blue sapphire. The sapphire is set with four prongs and sits tall above the rest of the ring. It has a deep dark blue color and is in good condition with no chips or scratches. The center gem is surrounded by a row with 4 tiny diamonds. They are set with rhodium tip prongs and there are also tiny white gold "beads" set between each diamond which is made to look like a full row of stones. The diamonds are then surrounded by a full row of 12 natural round blue sapphires. All gemstones are matching with a midnight blue color. This ring measures 1/2" across the center and 3/8" from side to side. The simple band has a high polished finish that would be easy to size up or down. It is currently a finger size 6.5. It weighs 1.8 grams. The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 10K on the inside of the band. I have cleaned it in the ultrasound and polished it on the buffing wheel.
