Read details before bidding. Cosmetics-The body has surface rubbing wear and nicks from being moved around. Especially heavy on the top. See photo. Good overall otherwise. Tested and working overall. Though the actual output voltage read by my multimeter is lower than its rated. See last photos above. At the 75 Volt setting its about 68 Volts. At the 150 Volt setting its about 137 Volts. So good for general non calibrated use. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Includes the power supply and AC power cord seen above. Nothing else is included.
