No loose or missing pages; the book has excellent binding, sound hinges, all pages are intact and clean, but there are some pencil (easy removable) underline markings - otherwise it is very clean; the hardcover and its spine are in very good condition with normal for its age light soil - the corners and edges are in fairly good condition, as shown on the attached photos; the pages show very mild sign of dust & discoloration; no tear & no damage.
