Description: True tall celery vase. Pattern is Daisy and Button with Thumbprint aka Adams #86; Daisy and Button with Amber Stripes; Daisy and Button with Thumbprint Panels. Made by Adams & Co. ca. 1886. Clear, unfogged glass. Four corners have honey amber panels with clear thumbprints. Stands a tad over 8” high. 3.75” square on top, slightly smaller base. Weighs 1 pound, 12 ounces as it sits. No cracks. Great condition for 100+ years old! The only issues I find are some nicks on the sides of the amber panels on the body (see close-ups) and on the edges of the amber panels on the base (see those close-ups). I drew "circles" around the nicks. Nothing really noticeable at normal viewing. One rough spot near the top of an amber panel might be a manufacturing defect – see close-up. Could use a better cleaning in the grooves. Pictures are a large part of the description, and I always include several. Please review them well to make sure the item meets with your satisfaction. And feel free to email with any questions or for additional pictures. Thanks for looking!
