This kit is brand new and in the original box. It comes with scale lumber, cast metal parts and corrugated roofing and is a craftsman kit. This kit requires both assembly and painting. This item will fit well into railroad scenes depicting the late 19th to the mid 20th century Steam Era from years 1880 to 1960. Skill Level: Intermediate This item needs to be assembled. There are numerous parts and painting is required. Assembly time will vary. A Word on Shipping Absolutely no international shipping, no items will be shipped outside of the US.I use USPS Priority Mail for a majority of my shipments because it is fast and you will usually have your item in 2-3 days. Because of the recent increase in postal rates, I will offer shipping for many of the smaller items by First Class Mail in order to cut down on shipping costs. Books and videos are shipped by media mail. I also have numerous items for sale at a time and will always combine on shipping costs to save you money. If you buy multiple items where weight becomes a factor, I will use UPS, at your request to lower the costs. If you purchase multiple items that are small, they will be combined into a Priority Mail package since it will be more cost effective.
