Description: New 2023 batch of Dried Hachiya Persimmons (3 lbs). We use the traditional Japanese hand-drying technique to preserve these gems. We hang our persimmons with strings and dry them in a sunny, airy spot. After 3-5 weeks, there is a tender and chewy texture and sweet flavor. The white coloring is due to the sugar coming out of the fruit, NOT mold! Because of the nature of the item, it can't be returned or exchanged. We strive to well package our products, however, it is beyond our control to guarantee that they will arrive undamaged during the shipping process. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
