Dollhouse Colonial Furniture Cabinet China Hutch Vintage 1960s 1970s

Description: Dollhouse Cabinet China Hutch Closet Colonial Style. It is from the late 60s or early 70s judging by the quality, wood used, and style. Measurements in the photos. In good displayable condition has some flaws from age however still very displayable. The wood is grainy in areas that is common for dollhouse furniture from this era. There is some minor nicks/chip marks to areas of the feet. Some wear to feet bottom. Minor scratches minor wear to wood see close ups. On the clear plastic there is some scratches and some smudges see close ups. There is a gap where it is glued inside to the door see close up it is still attached but that portion is not fully glued you can only see it from the inside. There is no broken pieces. You can see some glue residue where the legs are glued in. Old price sticker residue. All flaws shown in the close ups photos are taken in natural light so you can see all detailing clearly. This piece is from my mothers estate and her old dollhouse store stock. I unfortunately had to change my handling time to 4 to 5 business days. I still ship quickly. However with the current condition of the post office and the slow down of the mail they are already holding packages for several days without any tracking scan acknowledgements. Please note I stay on top of all tracking numbers and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in this frustrating situation. I just want my customers to know there will be delivery delays.
