Description: My original AIR 2S was purchased in March 24. About three weeks ago, I updated the firmware to both the drone and the remote controller using DJI Assistant 2. After update was completed, the drone won't pair with the remote anymore. So I returned the drone, remote controller and battery to DJI service. DJI decided to REPLACE everything, so I got a brand new drone, new remote controller and a new battery back on Oct 13th. I include two pictures of the shipping paper work, indicating DJI shipped the replacement drone to me on Oct 8th. You will need to ACTIVATE the drone and the remote because they are brand new. Upon completion, you will be able to purchase DJI REFRESH insurance for accidental replacement. I believe it cost $99 for 1 year and you can claim twice. I will give you DJI paper work as proof.
