It is BUYER’S responsibility to provide me with the correct shipping address upon payment as I try to ship items very quickly to get items to you soonest. Unfortunately, do to slow shipment & problems with lost or damaged items in shipping, I do not ship to Canada or overseas. Therefore, I am ONLY shipping within the USA at this time. And any mail delivered to the requested US shipping address that the buyer than forwards themselves out of the country I am NOT responsible for package or damaged at that point. Know that I recycle boxes for packing material. I will do the cheapest shipping to help with costs (usually first class) so if you would prefer an alternative shipping service and or speed then please reach out to me first so I can adjust the listing as appropriate and price for shipping accordingly if needed. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any transaction as the fee is used and consumed with the purchase of a shipping label. I will include insurance if $50 or more (sometimes also in other circumstances too if items are fragile) so that may account for a little higher shipping costs. In the rare event that an insurance claim has to be filed due to lost or broken item, buyer needs to contact me AND I will need pictures of all sides of the item as well as all sides of the shipping box and packing material. I will have pictures/video of what everything looks like upon shipping but would need pictures as it was received. Please note that if NEW damage to the item occurs in shipping to notify me immediately. IF an item in a listing describes presence of damage or that it was repaired and is disclosed, then buyer upon purchasing is acknowledging that I am selling AS IS. I cannot ensure that there might be damage to that SAME area in shipping or a failure of adhesive as being exposed to temperature changes during shipping occurs, and provided there is already a history of compromise to the area on the item it is always a possibility. Know it will still be packaged safely regardless, but I have had a buyer request a refund because of this issue and a need to reapply glue again to the same spot. I can NOT control the speed of delivery or any delays but will keep buyers informed if I become aware of any updates/delays as communication to me is very important.
