Description: Today I have to offer a DecoPac # 32181 ROLLING VEHICLES. Kit has thick paper like vehicles, car, airplane and dump truck. They are not toy cars. The car and truck sit on a road you make with icing, and the airplane is up in the sky. the vehicles do have wheels on them, and they do move. This can be put on any size cake or cupcake kit. Kit is unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Packaging may have some light wear from storage in boxes. These can be put on cakes and cupcake cakes. The directions to decorate the cake listed is on the back of the card. I will gladly send you a photo of the back of the card for you to use to decorate your cake if you would want. You can decorate the cake however you like, this is just how our store did them, sometimes a customer wanted color or decorating changes... which we always did.
