This is one of those games that's worth it for the art and history alone; a very curious and crunchy play. Big home-brew potential. A rare chance to be able to choose your Leader card! Leader/Location cards are what you'll build decks around, so having a variety of them is key. With that in mind, the price is essentially $30 ea. for the Location and Leader cards, as they are the hardest to acquire cards in the game (aside from Supply Artifacts), with everything else included as a sort of bonus. Either way, I'm losing money :) ! The other 63 cards are picked based on the rarity breakdown of one of the first sealed starter decks I opened, and cross referenced with the official rarity spread (In Dark Age starter decks, cards 1-40 are commons; cards 41-59 are uncommons; 60-63 are rares; and 64-65 are fixed Leader/Location). Included in each purchase: One Starter Deck Set - Original Box, 63 non-fixed rarity cards, the listed Fixed Rarity [only available in Starter Decks] Leader Card and Location Card (sleeved), four official Dark Age d6, official sticker, official rulebook, plus a copy of an updated ruleset containing official updates and errata by the publisher which were not published in the included rulebook (and make playing the game much better). I recently finished building out a complete set of my own and am eager to get the rest of these near mint cards back out to players/collectors at as a fair a price as I can make it without my wife yelling at me!
