Recordings made with the SASS-P present a natural, deep and detailed stereo image on playback. This pro mic has a wide, smooth frequency response and the condenser mic capsules can either be powered off of standard 48v phantom power or a pair of 9 volt batteries; battery operation is handy for field recordings. The mic has a standard 5/8" -27 threaded mic stand fitting and comes with a custom flight case as pictured, with a mic stand adapter, as well as a cushioned hand grip for field use.
