It is in excellent condition, the front & back cover have some wear (all visible in the photos). The inside pages have no stains or marks, no rips, tears, or handwriting inside. No visible wear. The owner information page is blank, not filled out (see photo). This is dated 2010 on the front cover. The manual has 64 pages and measures 5 1/2" x 4".
