Rare PROMO issue CDs include additional promotional text factory printed around the centre of the disc, plus a small numbered promo sticker on the back inlay. Scans 1 and 2 are the actual item for sale. Other scans are to show what the contents look like, but position of promo text around the disc rim etc may be slightly different. The CD has 12 tracks and the DVD has 17 tracks.
