Description: These are used they both turn on. The one older black one it looks like a bulb in the screen is burnt out maybe cause it’s only showing partial numbers. Not sure if the older one works other then turning on I don’t have a way to test it and the other one worked when I used it for a short time working road construction. You get both radios and a power cord. They could use a good cleaning they’ve been sitting in storage for awhile
