Rim mounted rim tension regulator screw and brake lever, both working. Looks like winding handles have been replaced at some point and brake handle is not present. Body has scuffs and scrapes from use but not to affect operation. The drum edge has a chip (see photo) Currently loaded with an unknown vintage line that is included gratis and does not form part of the listing.
