Description: This auction features the board game Carrier Strike from Milton Bradley. It is dated 1977. I’m guessing this game came out as a result of the release of the 1976 World War Two movie “Midway”, in which the United States and Imperial Japanese fleets engaged in a massive carrier battle in 1942. With this game you can attempt to recreate that titanic battle. I played this game years ago with some friends of mine and it is fun. The game is complete as far as I know, and is in great shape. The box has some wear from being almost 47 years old, but nothing major. A few box lid corners have been taped and I did glue the control towers on the carriers (except one) with super glue because their connector tabs were broken. I will have this game boxed up really well and all parts will be enrobed with bubble wrap so it will arrive in great condition to the buyer. I will accept PayPal only with no returns.
