This stamp is supposed to be blue green, but it appears green to me (image 1C). Using Linn's Multi-Gauge, the perforation measurements are clearly 12 x 12 1/4, which is characteristic of #36d. #42 The color is more grayish than shown here (image 1D). The paper is thinned behind the queen's head (image 2D). #43 The paper is thinned in the central area, and there is a hinge remnant (image 2E).
