Description: Nearly perfect Lone Star Beer Can produced by Lone Star Brewing Company in San Antonio, Texas. This original design of the famous Lone Star Beer went through 7 paint cycles to produce this amazing finish. I think this is one of the best looking cans ever made, partially due to the dark/light brown fading of the paint to create a highlighing effect on the script block logo. The classic Lone Star framed in the gold script shield mimics the Texas flag with equal parts red and blue with a white star in the center. Take a close look at this can. The seam is shiny like it was when it was made and the lids also shine. No, this is not a rolled can and the lids are original. The was found in an old home in Texas about 30 years ago before it was demolished. The paint is flawless and overall, the condition is similar to the day it was produced almost 75 years ago. Not perfect, but close as there are some minor scratches and dings visible in the pics. Amazing.........don't let this one slip by. Note: This is not the ultra-rare IRTP can.
