This unit will arrive without oil. The nature of the construction is that it will leak unless it is in the mounted position. So, AFTER mounting the unit on your mill, you will have to add the proper gear oil up to the center of the site glass. (Some mill operators prefer a heavier gear oil) As to shipping, I am charging $95.00 from here to either coast! If the actual shipping cost is less than $85.00. l will refund the difference. So, if actual shipping cost is $84,95 you will get $10.05 refunded. If it is more than $95.00, I make up the difference.
