Cd's, DVD's, and video's may be returned for credit only, if they are in the original, sealed packaging. ALL returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $15.00 sanitation fee. Returned mouthpieces incur a $8.00 sanitation fee. Stringed instruments must be returned within 10 days. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
