The Berkey Light requires no water pressure and no electricity and uses the same Black Berkey Filters used in the stainless steel units. The Berkey Light's see-through aspect makes it easier to quickly and accurately determine how much water is in the upper and lower chambers. The six-inch elevated base allows you to place a drinking water glass under the spigot without putting the unit on the counter's edge. The BPA-free copolyester material is durable, making it dent- and shatter-proof.
