Description: 1st edition, later printing. Still in fairly solid condition given its age. Obviously, there's a fair amount of general wear around the corners and the top and bottom of the spine. Also, some writing on the reverse cover and small stained area on the bottom of the first couple pages. The binding is pretty solid for the most part, though you'll see some strain near the front. The vast majority of the pages are fairly clean, though some do have staining (see pictures). Still, all are readable. Here's your chance to get a famous, 143-year-old book for a great price!
