Description: Bailey No. 4 Smooth Plane - Type 19? Hand Plane w/ Rosewood ( part or repair) 1948-1961 This item has rust as shown in the pictures. I do not restore items, I sell them as found. On this I found the adjustment knob strange odd to me. I do not think it is brass but, used a magnet and it does not stick. Looks just to me a powder metal or a casting. ref: r2s2
