Description: Coin Ring .999 Silver - Aztec Calender Design - the size sits between a 7.25 - 7.50 (7 1/4 - 7 1/2) The width of the band is .8 cm. This is a handmade custom coin ring. This ring is made from a .999 silver quarter round (1/4 ounce coin). The ring you see in the picture is the ring you will receive. The ring depicts parts of the Aztec Calendar. A little about the Aztec Calendar and what it signifies: “The Aztec calendar consists of 260 days (13 months, each containing 20 days), which determined the life of each Mexica (Aztec). In Aztec society, priests consulted the calendar to determine auspicious days for weddings and other important events.” This ring has an antique finish to accentuate the details. After the finish is applied, I polish the ring with Renaissance Wax. When applied, It creates a micro-thin layer that enhances shine while preventing damage. Renaissance Wax and the antique finish is not permanent and will eventually wear off sooner or later depending on how often the ring is worn. As the patina wears off you can continue to buff it with a jewelers cloth to a beautiful shine. Or you can have the ring re-antiqued by a jeweler. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer this re-antiquing on eBay. I have taken pictures showing the size on a ring sizer. Please check your finger size to verify it will fit a digit. This is a is thin band so take that into consideration when purchasing. I do offer the same ring with a wider band. Please look at my other items or contact me.
