Description: Very cool find and hard to get unique one of a kind item for the Tom Terrific Seaver or Mets collector. Single 8x10 form from an expired mortgage document for a property in the British Virgin Islands is dated January 20, 1998 from the Virgin Gorda Investment Company Limited that authorizes Chase Bank to make a loan payment of $33,224.00 and is signed in blue pen “George T. Seaver”. Tom is Seaver’s middle name but almost all of his autographs are signed Tom Seaver. This is a chance to get a rare and unique full first name, middle initial and last name autograph of this great Mets Hall of Famer. Tom passed away recently and had stopped signing some time ago, get this great "George" version of his signature now. The bottom of the page has a crimped embossed seal in the document from the Virgin Gorda Investment Company Limited. (Can't be seen in the photo but it is on the bottom of the page). The document is overall in very good condition with a few minor creases, none near the mint signature. I know it's an odd looking document but that's due to where it's from and how things were done there, it's directly from a mortgage document folder for his property. Ships in the U.S. via USPS ground advantage mail for $5.
