Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors. 02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector. 03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector. 04. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. How to choose test fluid? The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid. Note: 1.
