With these, it's so tempting to buy untested equipment because it's considerably cheaper! However, take it from someone in the know after 25 years of messing with these. Untested=broken as 95% of these need considerable work. Controllers are almost always non functional on these. You get TWO WORKING controllers as well as working paddles with this after a whole lot of work and time. One joystick is my personal favorite. It's called a Gemstik. Great feel and much better than the Atari original. Look at these games! Great mixture of arcade classics. These are the games you want! No fillers here, just the good stuff. Every single game has been tested. Set shows normal 45 year old system use. Looks just fine actually. YES, you will have to reinsert games when inserting from time to time, hit reset on occasion, power on and off etc. 45 year old tech here. I have opened the system and shored up many typical areas of concern that they all develop. It's built to last! Ready to play now. READ THIS and please refer back before assuming the system does not work. The console will play on modern televisions via channel 3 TV input, but be sure you have the coaxial port pictured on your TV before purchasing. Required adapter is included in the set. Just simply screw on the adapter, run the cord from the system output to the adapter, switch to the antenna input (polar bear in a snowstorm) then go to channel 3.
