Description: This uncirculated 100 Argentinian peso note is a commemorative banknote issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina on 21 September 2012 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Eva Peron’s Death. It is a violet, blue, and orange note that bear the signatures of Alejandro Vanoli and Amadou Boudou and measures 155 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features Maria Eva Duarte de Peron, an olive branch, the denomination in SPARK, flowers, and trees. Its reverse side shows a flower, cornucopia, scales, the national coat of arms, and the “Ara Pacis Augustae” (Altar of Augustan Peace) in Rome. Security features include a scales registration device, a holographic windowed security thread with demetallized BCRA, $100, and Eva Peron, and a watermark of Eva Peron with an electrotype EP.
