Description: All items sold as is from my late mothers estate so please look at pictures closely.I do not accept returns. All the info i find is from online because my late mother was an antique expert not me. This is pretty large and a quite a bit heavy..its approximately 15 to 15 1/2 inches high from bottom to top of knob..and around 11 to 11 1/2 inches wide.The knob itself is around 2 3/4 inches long I can not find any with this large pointy(ish) thick knob..the closest ones are saying antique french colonial.I know its old but how old is a mystery..could be late 1800s into the 1900s...or earlier It has a slight bell type bottom but its not too pronounced..shown in pictures. It has one small bubble in the knob that i can see. No chips or cracks.Could use a better cleaning. No base..but not sure if these came with an original base. In some lighting you can actually see a bunch of waves in the piece where it was mouthblown. Pretty neat. Could use for doll..flowers..small taxidermy..etc. Unique dome because of knob My mom purchased many glass domes and used them for all different kinds of displays. Religious statues..dolls..flowers..etc. Very nice old piece. All items sold as is due to age and use..please look at photos closely before bidding. In great shape for age.
