Antique Unusual Character Baby Doll 8" Bisque Dome Head & Limbs, Comp Torso

Description: This antique doll is a unique addition to any collection. With a bisque dome head and limbs, it features a composition torso and vintage hat and pantaloons. The doll has hand-painted features, including blue glass fixed eyes, an open mouth with two painted upper teeth, and limbs marked 816.9. It also comes with an antique dress and slip, making it a perfect gift for all occasions. The doll's complexion is light, and it has blue eyes. This original doll is from Germany and was manufactured between 1900-1919. Measurements: 8" Condition: generally good with a couple of hairlines on each side of the head, disappearing into top of head, unusual body combination with bisque limbs, and composition torso. I am unable to confirm if it's a marriage of parts or factory original, antique gown and slip, vintage hat, and pantaloons. Mark on the back of the head is not legible.
