This item is appealing, desirable & collectible. We present this piece exactly as it was when acquired. No attempts to clean this item have been made. It shows some wear as seen in the photos. This does not detract from the overall appeal of this first aid kit. There are some 1st aid supplies inside, but I do not believe they are original to the box. They were inside when we acquired the kit & they will be included. The kit measures approximately 8" x 6.75" x 4". This will make a great addition to any home or collection.
