Description: Description This amazing entryway was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. Each door has a panel of stained glass at the top with 2 raised wood panels below. The 3 glass panels are all mostly clear distorted glass in a variety of textures and patterns with a yellow/green border. Glass panels were completely restored, there are no cracks or breaks and tight in the caming. The doors and transom are made of chestnut and are 99% stripped to bare wood. The doorknobs and plates will need to be replaced. The doors measure 54 inches wide together by 83.5 inches tall and 1.75 thick. The transom is 54 inches wide, 25.75 inches tall and 1.75 thick. Your bid buys all 3 pieces, 2 doors and the transom. Overall, they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. The doors were trimmed and are slightly out of square, when squared they will be 83.5 tall. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 122181 Shipping We have a 16 foot box truck for salvage jobs and delivery trips. We generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. Outside these areas it would be best to check uship.com for delivery quotes. Payment Payment should be made within 5 business days unless you make other arrangements in advance. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
