There are slight variances in the intensity of the color of the bead throughout the hank, and the beads have an almost glossy look, so they have a nice glow to them. These were handmade in Italy around the turn of the century. The size of ONE HANK is shown in photo 1 and 3. The others are multiple hanks photographed together to show the intensity of the color of the beads. Beads are 1.3 mm avg and 30 beads per inch as strung. Hanks are approx. 5.75 inches with 8 strands, so they provide approximately 1350 or more beads per hank.
