Description: Most lovely antique French floral fabric in a classic garland type pattern reminiscent of more 18thc designs. Lovely palette of many colors, lilac, lavender, burnt coral red, green etc.. The ground is not quite a cream. I consider it a sift subtle almost fleshing pink, soft. This is a mid density cotton in a somewhat largish scale but not enormous. Originally intended for furnishings. Excellent for an abundance of period projects, home pieces etc.. ~* Condition is overall very nice, strong. Slightly aged but very good. On the very outer edge there is a shadow where I removed a tattered old coral colored silk that has been attached. Colors are slightly softened by time.I would say overall very good with a slightly more aged patina. At the time of this listing I am also listing a slender length of this. ~* Measures 30 inches wide by a 1/2 yard ~ I can keep up to 5 cuts in one length (so up to 2 1/2 yds can be sent continuous as I am working with 2 lengths of this) Many thanks! ?
