Description: Beautiful antique/vintage Dresden letter holder with a wonderful floral design and gilding. See Dresden mark on the bottom. I believe it is hand-painted. Decorated on all sides; the back is particularly gorgeous. I am not sure of its age; research tells me it is either late nineteenth or early twentieth century. However, I am not an expert in this area. It measures 7.25 inches tall, 5.25 inches wide, and 4.5 inches deep. It is in perfect condition: no chips, cracks or loss of color or gloss or gilding.
