Description: Antique Cuno & Otto Germany Bisque Doll W/ Leather Gusset Body 19" Vintage Dress Gorgeous antique German Bisque Doll by Cuno & Otto. Maker's mark is COD93-2 DEP. Measures about 19" total w/ hat down to edge of her dress. Has a leather Gusset body (jointed at the hips and knees. Her dress is a early 1900s dress style. Due to age and storage, the fabric of the dress has become brittle and the gauze overlay has ripped and torn in spots, most notably in the back (see pictures 8 & 13). The dress has beautiful lace detailing, with white petticoats, brown stockings, and leather shoes. Her hat has velvet touches and feathers and is pinned to her blond curls by a straight pin. Her eyes are a beautiful shade of blue with painted upper and lower lashes, and her lips are slightly parted to show her white teeth. Please note there is a couple of tiny chips around the edges of one eye (see last two pictures). This is from an estate sale, and the information on the tag was from the antique store that sold it to the prior owner.
