Description: Wonderful antique dog plate made in the U.K. by Cauldron. This Staffordshire portrait is one of a series of 12 dog portrait plates designd by and signed G. Pedersen. I love how he captured the sweet expression of this fellow. It would make a wonderful gift for the Staffordshire enthusiast. Age appropriate crazing and no chips or cracks. Properly marked on the back. There are rubs or paint loss on the rim unless it was never painted properly to begin with, see last 2 photos.
