I attempted to see which fire department however it was not clear. The helmet has a patent number of 1889537. This item is previously owned and being sold as found due to an old damage repair with screw holes of where the badge was attached and the badge is not attached and damaged. There is ware and rips/tears to the inside material to the helmet. There is dings as well as someone attached a hook for this to be a display piece on a wall.
