Laptop is in good cosmetic and excellent functional condition. Cosmetically there are a few small dents/chips (see photos) on the lid, shallow & barely noticeable dent near the lid's logo, and worn touch pad buttons from regular use. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the laptop's performance. There's a single missing screw on the bottom plate, but the machine is still held tight together. The touch pad's backlight cable is loose and won't stay in even after trying to reinsert into the port. The touch pad still works, it just doesn't have backlight functionality. Also the left ALT key cap is loose. The key itself still functions, but the cap won't completely clip to it. The laptop still games fairly well, even with some modern titles. The most recent game tested was Resident Evil 4 Remake. Overall the game performed well on low settings, 720p, 30 FPS and FSR mode enabled. 60 FPS is doable, but there is the occasional stutter. However, there is a rear port for the Alienware Graphics Amplifier (not included) should you want to use an external graphics card. Overall, this laptop is still running great and has been very reliable since day 1. In addition, the laptop has a 256GB M.2 NVME SSD and comes with a 1TB internal HDD for extra storage.
