Both pairs have NEVER been worn but did not have tags, so I have washed them before listing. They are in BRAND NEW condition. Here are their similarities:Both are a size 34WFabric content on both is 98% Cotton & 2% SPANDEX (fabric tag has been cut out of the AE pair)Both have 5 pockets. Both zip front with button closure. Both have fraying, tearing and an unfinished bottom hem. The Aeropostale pair (pictures 2 & 3) are a darker black color with distressing all over. They are 18" long with an 8" inseam. The AE 360 EXTREME FLEX pair (pictures 4 & 5) are a more washed out, softer black color with creasing on the front built into the fabric. They are 19" long with a 9" inseam.
