If you are creating a type set of unc legal tenders or collecting by Freidberg number, this is a great note to add to your collection. This Friedberg 28 is a much more difficult Freidberg number than the 30. It has been graded by PMG as About Uncirculated 55 with a comment about an edge slit (common right corner). You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG. Shipping Shipping will be done by USPS Priority mail.
