Description: Okay, this is an intriguing find. This is another of the books from Ambassador Robert McCloskey's personal library. I could find only one first edition of this book, and it was a bookstore in England, and that book was not inscribed. Also, I could not find online a copy of Vicente Albano Paris's signature, but I am 99% positive that is a legitimate inscription. Many of McCloskey's books were inscribed and all have been legitimate. This would have been a thank you gift from an important writer from the Philippines to an American Ambassador. Approximately 8 1/2 by 5 3/4. 258 pages.
