The bore is bright and shinny. This is the later style barrel that uses the bolt retaining spring for the quick release bolt. Overall length is 31 1/4" but the barrel is 26 1/2". It will fit any Hunterbolt Firebolt, Mag Hunter and Magbolt stock. Even if your stock had a 45 or 54 caliber in it before, this will fit your stock. Even if your barrel is shorter this will still fit your stock providing your stock is a Hunterbolt Firebolt, Mag Hunter and Magbolt stock. If you have the earlier style barrel with the screw that holds the bolt in place, this barrel would fit that same stock. You would need the newer style bolt and the bolt retaining spring with screw to go with it. I don't have any quick release bolts for these.This barrel is 26 1/2'' longIt has a rate of twist of 1:28It is a 50 caliber magnum. Over all length is 31 1/4"The bore is bright and shiny.
