This is a regular four-dimensional polytope composed of 120 regular dodecahedra, three around each edge, which results in 119 progressively flattened dodecahedra packed into an outer regular dodecahedron. The four-dimensional dodecahedron was originally discovered by Ludwig Schläfli in the 1850's, and recreated here in bronze. The artist's initials "BLG" and date "2007" are featured on one edge.
