Obverse: Features a full-length image of Lady Liberty walking with outstretched hands towards the rising sun with her gown and the draped US flag billowing around her. She is holding olive and oak branches in one hand to symbolize peace and strength. Inscriptions: “IN GOD WE TRUST,” “LIBERTY,” and the year of mintage. Designed famously by Adolph A. Weinman for the original "Walking Liberty" half dollar, this is one of the most recognizable coin faces in the entire numismatics world!Reverse: The new reverse (tails) features an eagle as it approaches a landing, carrying an oak branch, as if to add it to a nest.
