It is attached to an acrylic base. It has a new Gen 6 hood, so it's tricky to open. Instructions to open the hood without damaging it are included in the packaging. It is signed in silver on the windshield. I do not have a COA on the autograph, but I personally obtained Carl's signature at the Roush Fan day at the shop in Concord, NC on 10-11-2013.
