Damaged items In the very rare occasion that one of our items will arrive damaged: We do not issue a refund if we do not get full photo and video documentation. If a refund is desired, items need to be shipped back with proper documentation. The best way to get the insurance to pay is to bring the item to the carrier right after arrival. They want physical proof in their office. Bringing the item,yourself will shorten the process, safe money and time. If you want to send it back,you will have to pay shipping for that matter and pack the entire damaged box and item in a separate box so we can bring it to the carrier.
